Here are 5 small ways to get started on your own fitness journey:
- Take the stairs - 3 or 4 flights, even better!
- Park your car farther away to get a little extra walk back and forth.
- Do a little of your own yard work/gardening.
- Make a point to have one healthy meal a day - nothing fried and no sugar!
- Take a walk or bicycle ride around your neighborhood or local park.
